Contact your insurance company advise them you would like to have your vehicle repaired at Ed Morse Delray Collision Center, and the insurance company will advise you of their procedures.
Once your estimate has been written and the collision center has received approval, the parts are ordered and a repair time is scheduled for your repair. You will also be provided with an estimated completion date.
The collision estimator will provide you with a copy of your estimate, inform you of your financial responsibility. At this time, you can pick up your rental vehicle if covered by your insurance / or self-pay or request a courtesy ride, our courtesy driver will also pick you up when your repairs are completed.
While your vehicle is being repaired, your collision estimator will provide you with timely updates.
Once your vehicle is completed, your collision estimator will contact you to schedule a pick-up time.
Your financial obligation is due upon pick-up of your vehicle.
